Information for Authors

We are pleased to inform you of an exciting new development for Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology. As of December 31, 2011, the journal will begin using the Elsevier Editorial System (EES) for online submission and review. Using this system will shorten publication times and have a very positive impact on the journal.

With EES, which can be accessed at http://ees.elsevier.com/cjo/, the entire submission and review process is handled electronically. Authors submit their articles online simply by registering, logging in, and submitting. Editors then invite potential reviewers by e-mail. Reviewers view submissions online or print out the PDF from the website and enter their reports online at their convenience.

For more information on how Authors can use EES to submit a manuscript, please visit the following site: http://support.elsevier.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/116 For more information on how Reviewers can use EES to review a manuscript, please visit the following site: http://support.elsevier.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/117
