A 56-year-old woman with Treponema pallidum haemagglutination test and venereal disease research laboratory–positive syphilitic
panuveitis presented with a vision of counting fingers close to face and an intraocular
pressure of 36 mm Hg in the left eye. Slit-lamp examination of the left cornea was
clear with fine, arborizing pigment in a reticular pattern on the corneal endothelium
with a few surrounding old keratic precipitates (KPs) in Arlt's triangle (see Fig. 1).
