A 66-year-old man with age-related macular degeneration was admitted for new left
cerebellar and right parietal hemorrhagic tumours. Excisional biopsy of the left cerebellar
lesion demonstrated primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) of diffuse large B-cell morphology.
