Cited in Scopus: 0Esthesioneuroblastoma (ENB), also known as olfactory neuroblastoma, is a rare malignant neoplasm of the sinonasal cavity. It is believed to arise from the basal neural cells of the olfactory mucosa.1 The typical location is the superior nasal vault and resection usually involves anterior skull base approaches, either conventional or endoscopic.2 Here, we describe a case of ENB involving the middle and inferior meatus with extension into the nasolacrimal duct and lacrimal sac.
