Cited in Scopus: 5Erlotinib (Tarceva; Genetech USA, Inc, San Francisco, Calif.) is an inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase that is approved as therapy for patients with non–small cell lung cancer and advanced-stage pancreatic cancer.1–4 It has been associated with anterior uveitis in 2 prior cases.5,6 We report a 77-year-old female with stage IV squamous cell cancer of the lung with liver metastases who was treated with erlotinib starting 6 weeks before the onset of bilateral anterior uveitis.
